The Public Works Department implements Resource Conservation Programs for the City of Hawthorne. This includes a variety of programs and practices that help preserve the health of our local environment. Please explore this page to learn about the many programs the City has to help keep our community healthy and wise. From keeping litter off the streets, to recycling used oil, to composting, there are many things you can do to help.
